In this role, you will…
- Develop and execute a comprehensive customer marketing strategy that focuses on post-sale engagement, including onboarding, time-to-value, value reinforcement, renewal readiness, and customer advocacy.
- Manage the email marketing channel from inception to execution, including automated individual and mass communication, targeted campaigns, audience enrichment, quality assurance, performance reporting, and continuous optimization.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Advocacy team to cultivate customer champions for referrals, reviews, case studies, and event participation.
- Promote best practices and effective usage patterns throughout the customer base.
- Design and oversee lifecycle marketing frameworks utilizing product usage metrics, account characteristics, engagement signals, and customer maturity to deliver timely and pertinent messaging.
- Coordinate with Product Marketing, Communications, Customer Advocacy, and Field Marketing teams to ensure customer messaging aligns with product strategies, market narratives, and field demands.
- Facilitate scalable execution by creating repeatable processes for campaign initiation, audience targeting, template design, scheduling, and performance measurement.
- Act as the internal champion for customer marketing initiatives, responsible for evaluating and reporting on program success while effectively communicating strategies, performance metrics, and insights to peers and leadership.
