Job Summary
Bugcrowd is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join our expanding Customer Experience Specialist Team. In this role, you will be an essential part of a team dedicated to ensuring the success of various programs on the Bugcrowd platform, which continues to grow daily.
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will engage directly with our small-to-medium business (SMB) clients throughout the entire customer lifecycle. Your goal will be to drive results that align with strategic business objectives. The Customer Experience Team plays a crucial role in establishing and communicating a clear path to success for our clients while offering technical guidance across diverse scenarios.
This position reports to the Senior Manager of Customer Experience.
