We are on the lookout for a dynamic Customer Experience Representative to become an integral part of our vibrant Concord team. This role is centered in our office and demands a proactive approach to customer service.
Salary: $40,560 - 43,680 annually
Work hours: 7 am - 4 pm EST
The responsibilities of a Customer Experience Representative encompass:
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries and concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Handling customer service calls, completing web forms, and responding to emails.
- Processing orders for both new and existing customers.
- Investigating issues and resolving customer complaints effectively.
- Updating and managing customer databases.
- Actively promoting Terminix products and services.
- Coordinating field technicians' schedules by monitoring their routes and status.
- Communicating work orders, messages, and information between technicians and field management.
- Striving for service excellence by adhering to best practices and business processes.
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience to all clients.
- Being available to meet customer needs as required.
- Performing additional tasks as necessary.
