Internship Overview
Palmetto is looking for a driven, analytical, and inquisitive student to join our Customer Experience team for a summer internship. This role offers hands-on experience in analyzing customer and operational data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and recommend enhancements that elevate the overall customer experience.
The intern will collaborate closely with Customer Experience and Operations leaders to assess critical metrics such as CSAT, call volume, contact drivers, and operational performance. This role provides valuable exposure to business operations, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement in a dynamic, mission-oriented environment.
This internship is structured to ensure practical development while delivering measurable business value through actionable insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
The intern will support the Customer Experience team through project-based tasks and ongoing initiatives. Responsibilities may include:
- Analyzing CSAT data to identify trends, root causes of customer dissatisfaction, and improvement opportunities.
