About the Role

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Enablement Manager to help our clients unlock the full potential of our platform. In this dynamic role, you will develop in-product resources, illustrative examples, and templates that will empower customers to understand the possibilities available to them. Additionally, you'll spearhead onboarding programs, craft training materials, host workshops, and create self-service resources to ensure a swift transition to successful usage. You will report directly to the CTO and collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams. If you are passionate about helping users maximize their software experience, this role is tailored for you.

After six years of delivering accurate cyber asset data, we are integrating AI capabilities to offer innovative methods for security teams to analyze their data, automate workflows, and proactively manage risks before they escalate. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that every customer maximizes the value of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance the enablement framework to support our expanding customer base.

  • Produce in-product resources, illustrative cases, and templates that clearly demonstrate the platform's capabilities, enabling customers to envision their potential before they even inquire.

  • Design and implement structured onboarding programs that guide users from their initial login to advanced functionalities, with defined success metrics and rapid time-to-value.

  • Generate engaging enablement content such as video tutorials, comprehensive documentation, interactive guides, and use-case walkthroughs that showcase our platform and AI-enhanced features.

  • Conduct live training sessions and workshops tailored to diverse audiences including security engineers and CISOs, adapting your approach to meet their unique needs and objectives.

  • Establish and maintain a self-service knowledge base that alleviates support demands and provides readily available answers for customers.

  • Feedback customer insights to Product teams; understanding customer inquiries and challenges will guide our future developments.
