Maintain ingredient data: Ensure the accuracy of the ingredient database by recording sensory data, specification sheets, and testing results to support future SKU decisions. Operational validation: Confirm ingredients perform well both in the lab and in real-world use. Organize "home kitchen" stress tests to simulate customer experiences. Other duties as assigned.
