Verve Group is looking for a Customer Analytics Manager - Adtech to join the London team. This position centers on monitoring the health, performance, and efficiency of programmatic publishers and Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) within Verve Group’s advertising ecosystem. The role works closely with Marketplace, Business Development, and Account Management teams to uncover trends, highlight optimization opportunities, and help drive improved results for partners.
Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of programmatic advertising, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
What you will do
- Track and report on the health and performance of assigned publishers and DSPs, sharing insights with account teams.
- Monitor key programmatic metrics including bid rate, win rate, eCPM, and revenue trends.
- Identify and investigate performance anomalies to find root causes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize customer performance and spot new opportunities.
- Deliver ad-hoc analyses and data extracts to support Business Development and Account Management in client conversations.
- Ensure reporting remains consistent, accurate, and useful for all stakeholders.
- Analyze publisher and DSP pairings to help business units meet performance targets.
- Highlight segments where auction dynamics, pricing, or configurations could affect competitiveness or profitability.
- Measure and communicate findings to support yield and margin objectives.
Key skills and experience
- Experience in analytics roles within programmatic advertising or adtech.
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with teams such as Business Development and Account Management.
This is a London-based position with a focus on data-driven decision-making and collaboration across teams in the adtech space.
