Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for various customer stakeholders and initiatives. Establish and maintain trust with business-line, operational, and executive stakeholders while gaining comprehensive insights into the customer’s priorities and internal dynamics. Identify and map key stakeholders and influence networks within the organization, pinpointing decision-makers, advocates, and potential obstacles. Cultivate a thorough understanding of the customer’s funding mechanisms, timelines, initiatives, and internal decision-making processes to facilitate program advancement. Collaborate with Sales, Flywheel, and Deployment teams to synchronize internal efforts and ensure positive outcomes for the customer. Proactively manage expectations, navigate challenges, and ensure complex initiatives progress within a fast-paced environment. Identify and pursue avenues for account growth, including renewals, expansions, and new applications. Serve as the internal advocate for the customer within Cobot, ensuring alignment of the right teams and resources to support long-term success. Maintain a consistent onsite presence with the customer.

About the job

As the Customer Account Manager, you will be the primary liaison for one of Cobot’s key enterprise clients, ensuring strategic alignment among stakeholders and fostering sustainable account growth. This position will involve navigating intricate customer relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion, and collaborating with internal teams—sales, services, and deployment—to achieve successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully engaging with large healthcare organizations, building strong relationships, and converting customer needs into actionable strategies. Regular onsite interactions with the customer will be essential in enhancing and expanding our partnership.
