We are seeking a passionate CRM Marketing Associate to become a vital part of our Dubai team. In this role, you will play a key part in executing impactful lifecycle marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing engagement and loyalty throughout the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
Join the Marketing team at Deliveroo Middle East, where we are dedicated to driving brand and business growth across the UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar by formulating customer-focused strategies that boost awareness and increase traffic in a dynamic marketplace.
Your daily activities may include:
Complete Campaign Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of CRM campaigns, from inception to final deployment and approval.
Dynamic Messaging: Develop engaging content for emails, push notifications, WhatsApp, and in-app banners to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Marketing Calendar Coordination: Manage the BAU marketing calendar, ensuring timely launches of all restaurant, vertical, and seasonal initiatives.
Segmentation and Targeting: Collaborate with the CRM Specialist to meticulously segment customers and merchants, ensuring tailored messaging reaches the appropriate audience.
Competitive Analysis: Regularly monitor and report on competitor CRM activities to keep Deliveroo at the industry's forefront.
Requirements for Success
Essential Qualifications:
CRM Knowledge: Extensive experience in CRM marketing, particularly in managing high-volume campaign executions.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HTML for email troubleshooting and experience with enterprise-level CRM platforms (Braze preferred).
Data Analysis: Proven capability to interpret data effectively to drive marketing strategies.
