What You’ll Be Doing:Design and implement lifecycle and monetization strategies aligned with key business objectives, facilitating customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation. Oversee and manage end-to-end CRM projects—from planning to launch—ensuring timely delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and executional excellence. Execute CRM workflows and campaigns (email, push notifications, in-app messaging, etc.) customized for various customer segments and lifecycle stages. Collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM tools and strategies into wider initiatives. Utilize platforms like Bloomreach (a strong plus) to craft personalized, automated customer journeys that drive engagement and revenue growth. Lead A/B testing and monitoring of campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations to continuously enhance CRM efficacy. Integrate AI tools where beneficial to elevate personalization, optimize execution, and support daily CRM operations. About You:3–5 years of experience in CRM or a related role, preferably in e-commerce or digital-driven businesses. Familiarity with consumer-focused strategies, particularly for B2C markets. Hands-on experience with CRM tools/platforms (e.g., Bloomreach, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable). Proficient in utilizing AI tools to enhance CRM functionalities.
