About the Team
The Growth team is tasked with advancing the Fever business strategy across all markets and ensuring optimal event performance, driving global growth.
Our decisions are grounded in data, allowing us to deeply understand Fever's business model and effectively collaborate with every department to steer the business toward its growth objectives.
About You:
- You possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a strong background in mathematics, statistics, or data analytics.
- You bring at least 3 years of experience in a CRM-related role.
- You are proficient in English; Spanish is a plus.
- You have demonstrated experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms.
- You are passionate about leveraging data to drive decisions and improve user experiences.
