About the Team
The Growth team is responsible for promoting Fever's business strategy across all markets and ensuring that our events perform to expectations, driving growth on a global scale.
Our decisions are grounded in data, allowing us to fully comprehend Fever's business model and how we can leverage this knowledge to collaborate with every team within the company to direct growth effectively.
About You:
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or possess a background in mathematics, statistics, or data analytics.
- You have over 3 years of experience in a CRM-related role.
- You are proficient in English, and knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- You have demonstrable experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms.
