Ready to help us shape the future of entertainment?About the RoleLead and enhance the creative execution of high-profile digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.Design and produce exceptional video and static assets, including key visuals, motion graphics, thumbnails, end screens, hero assets, and media assets for both organic and paid campaigns.Utilize AI tools to streamline the production process, defining workflows that expedite ideation, localization, and iteration at scale.Generate all creative assets for paid and organic media using AI platforms, including hero assets and landing page materials.Prototype and validate innovative creative formats based on insights from performance data, platform trends, and audience behaviors.Establish creative and technical standards for AI-assisted design and video production, documenting best practices and workflows.Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance on design techniques and AI utilization.About You6+ years of experience in digital design, motion graphics, video, and AI production, especially in fast-paced, performance-oriented environments.Demonstrated ability to manage creative projects from inception to execution, leveraging AI tools for optimal results.
