About the Position
We are searching for a Visual Designer who will play a key role in defining our brand identity from the ground up. This includes crafting our logo and establishing a consistent brand system across all digital platforms, such as our website. This position is based in our New York City office, requiring in-person collaboration with the founding team five days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop the company logo along with comprehensive brand usage guidelines.
Create and uphold a unified digital-first brand identity system.
Produce marketing materials including presentations and web/digital assets.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams on UI/UX aesthetics and web design.
Design and execute web graphics, landing pages, and digital marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication from a prestigious design institution (e.g., RISD, SCAD, Parsons, Pratt, SVA, RCA, Central Saint Martins, Design Academy Eindhoven, etc.).
2 to 5 years of professional experience in branding, digital design, and software (agency, startup, or in-house).
Demonstrated portfolio showcasing digital/web design, branding, and logo development.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Ability to seamlessly transition between AI and non-AI design tools.
Experience in motion design, illustration, or 3D is a plus.
