The Role
We are on the lookout for a Creative Strategist (Video) to join our paid user acquisition (UA) team. This role demands a blend of strategic insight, creative innovation, and strong leadership to design video UA campaigns that not only capture attention but also inspire action. This position goes beyond mere video editing; it focuses on transforming performance data into innovative creative concepts that deliver impactful results.
You will operate at the intersection of data analysis, psychological insights, and storytelling – evaluating effective strategies, conceptualizing future projects, and guiding teams to bring these ideas to fruition.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Crafting strategic creative concepts for video campaigns across various social media platforms.
- Analyzing performance metrics (CTR, CR, ROAS, engagement) to extract insights and identify growth opportunities.
- Composing precise creative briefs that translate insights into actionable directions for designers, writers, and video editors.
- Collaborating with UA and growth teams to test hypotheses and scale successful strategies.
- Reviewing and refining creative iterations to ensure alignment with brand values and business objectives.
- Identifying patterns, trends, and cultural moments to inform upcoming campaigns.
- Overseeing the entire creative process from conceptualization to execution and analysis.
Your Background
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in roles related to performance marketing, creative strategy, or growth marketing (e.g., Creative Strategist, UA Manager, Growth Creative Lead, Marketing Manager).
- A portfolio showcasing data-driven creative concepts that yielded quantifiable outcomes.
- In-depth knowledge of paid social creative performance and its dynamics.
