Join Gumloop as a Video Producer!
Location: San Francisco HQ (Jackson Square). This is an in-office position, requiring presence 5 days a week, along with additional time as necessary for video shoots.
About the Role: At Gumloop, we are developing a dynamic library of educational content designed to captivate, engage, and inspire a love for learning. We are on the lookout for a talented Video Producer who can transform complex product information into compelling visual narratives that resonate with our audience. You will manage the complete video production process, collaborating closely with our Head of Community and Education as well as the Product Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Script Development: Craft narrative scripts from content outlines, ensuring accuracy and coherence while working with various teams.
End-to-End Production: Oversee the video creation process, from recording voiceovers to screen captures, editing, and finalizing content autonomously.
Publishing: Manage the packaging of videos, including thumbnails, descriptions, keyword tags, and captions, preparing them for release.
Project Management: Coordinate the approval process from initial draft through to final cut, ensuring timely progress across multiple projects and stakeholders.
Strategic Investment: Assess which features necessitate in-depth videos versus quick walkthroughs, utilizing your familiarity with our product.
Innovate: Experiment with new teaching formats, production techniques, and AI tools to enhance both quality and efficiency.
Who You Are:
You have proven video production experience in a fast-paced educational or tech setting.
You are proficient with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Descript).
You excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining composure.
You have a keen eye for clarity and engagement, preferring to refine content until it meets high standards.
You are enthusiastic about leveraging AI and automation to improve production workflows.
