Role Overview: Creative Producer
The Production Team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Creative Producer in London. This role covers end-to-end production for all brand content, from initial concept through to final delivery.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee and produce ongoing campaigns and Team Tilbury social media content, including projects with Brand Ambassador Sofia Tilbury, from briefing through pre-production and shoots (both video and stills).
- Manage daily execution of global content, ensuring high-quality results for weekly shoots and effective calendar planning.
- Coordinate pre-production and shoot logistics: crew and creative selection, call sheets, location scouting, and equipment rentals.
- Handle all logistics for shoots, ensuring smooth operations on set.
- Build and maintain relationships with photographers, hair artists, set designers, and other creative partners to secure top talent.
- Monitor market rates and negotiate competitive pricing with photographers, agents, and agencies.
- Work with creative leads to develop new ideas for contributors, ensuring content meets brand standards and stands out in the market.
- Adapt to changing budgets, timelines, and priorities with resourcefulness and flexibility.
- Prepare and communicate production schedules and timelines that align with content and creative plans.
- Keep detailed records of usage contracts, agreements, and references.
- Lead negotiations with agents to secure favorable deals for productions.
