We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager who operates at the intersection of creativity, performance, and product thinking.
Your level, area of responsibility, and format of influence will be defined during the interview—based on real skills, experience, and potential.

Vertical—advancing to senior/lead/head roles;
Horizontal—across products, niches, or directions;
Or developing your own expert direction within the company/project.
About You:
You could be the right person if:
You have experience in creative/digital/performance marketing and are familiar with at least one paid advertising platform: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat, YouTube;
You can generate ideas, create creatives and advertising materials, formulate hypotheses, and test them in real campaigns;
You understand the basic principles of advertising analytics, performance metrics, and user behavior;
You can clearly brief the team, present ideas, and work with feedback.
