Your primary objective will be to empower authors at every stage, whether they are fleshing out ideas or drafting their inaugural chapters.This position encompasses project management, editorial insight, and coaching coordination. You will oversee our multi-stage coaching framework, tailor it to accommodate diverse author requirements, and assist in the continuous enhancement of program materials and tools.Key ResponsibilitiesAuthor Journey Management: Lead authors through our coaching program, from initial onboarding to manuscript completion. This includes setting expectations, tracking milestones, and ensuring a smooth experience.Process Optimization: Continuously improve our multi-stage coaching process to cater to various author needs and project types.Resource Development: Collaborate with the team to create and refine templates, guidelines, and other resources utilized throughout the coaching program.Quality Assurance & Oversight: Monitor program progress, identify potential challenges, and ensure high-quality coaching delivery.Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with product, editorial, and other internal teams to align on program objectives and integrate feedback.Communication Hub: Act as the main point of contact for authors regarding their coaching journey, providing clear and supportive communication.
