Your Role
We are on the lookout for a skilled Brand Designer who excels in creating captivating and effective static advertisements across all paid channels for DolarApp. Your mission will be to transform our brand identity and value propositions into visually appealing, high-quality designs that not only attract attention but also build trust and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Produce 5–10 fresh concept designs weekly for performance marketing campaigns.
Tailor visuals for various markets (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia) and platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn).
Ensure high standards of design consistency across all DolarApp applications:
Develop ad variations to test different performance hypotheses (such as CTAs, backgrounds, and visuals).
Align with DolarApp’s premium, minimalistic, and global visual identity and tone.
Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing and Content teams to test and refine creatives on a weekly basis.
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in brand or performance design.
A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work for digital advertisements or fast-growing startups.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
Mastery of visual design principles, including composition, color theory, typography, and hierarchy.
Ability to blend aesthetics and performance—creating designs that are both visually stunning and effective in conversion.
Understanding of performance design metrics, including clear messaging, visual hooks, and A/B testing strategies.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects optional).
Capacity to generate and execute ideas independently, adhering to tight weekly deadlines.
Creative agility to quickly produce multiple design variations.
