Role Overview: Human Resources Manager (Inclusion Management)

The Inclusion Management (IM) team at CLS leads recruitment and personnel management for employees with disabilities. This group develops and executes hiring strategies, manages operations, analyzes data, and refines processes to foster a workplace where every employee can thrive. The team oversees the full HR cycle for employees with disabilities, including recruitment, placement, personnel operations, benefits, and employee relations.

What You Will Do

  • Disability Recruitment Management and Coordination
    • Create and manage job postings for disability hiring
    • Screen applicants and organize interview processes
    • Coordinate recruitment schedules and communicate with other departments
    • Compile recruitment results and prepare reports
    • Assist in analyzing job requirements and drafting job descriptions
  • Recruitment Data Analysis and Performance Tracking
    • Track key recruitment metrics such as application, acceptance, and fill rates
    • Organize recruitment data and develop actionable insights
    • Clearly explain and report on recruitment performance
    • Offer data-based suggestions to improve recruitment efficiency
  • Operational Support for Recruitment Processes
    • Maintain standards for recruitment processes
    • Organize and update recruitment documents and procedures
    • Support management of recruitment channels
    • Collaborate and communicate with related teams
  • Personnel Operations and Policy Support for Employees with Disabilities
    • Support HRM and personnel operations for employees with disabilities
    • Help establish systems for employment and work stability
    • Refine HR standards and operational practices
    • Organize and review data to support policy improvements

Qualifications

  • Background in recruitment or HR-related positions
  • Strong numerical and data interpretation skills
  • Proficiency with Excel, including data organization and functions
  • Ability to explain recruitment results and data logically
  • Clear documentation and communication skills
  • Organized and structured approach to managing tasks

Preferred

  • Experience in disability recruitment or diversity hiring
  • Experience in HR operations or personnel planning
