The organization works alongside people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups to meet basic needs, improve living conditions, and uphold dignity and rights. With programs in over 60 countries, Humanity & Inclusion employs nearly 4,800 staff and operates with an annual budget of about 255 million euros.

Program context in Ukraine
After the escalation of conflict in February 2022, Humanity & Inclusion reactivated its Country Programme in Ukraine. The team’s priorities through 2025 include:
- Health: Expanding access to quality physical rehabilitation and mental health support for people affected by conflict.
- Protection: Delivering multi-sectoral services to vulnerable groups, with a focus on disability-inclusive humanitarian response.
- Armed Violence Reduction: Tackling explosive ordnance contamination through risk education and conflict preparedness. Clearance operations are scheduled to start in August 2026.
