About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished transactional attorney to join our Applied Legal Research team. In this role, you will leverage your corporate law expertise to contribute to the development of generative AI applications for top-tier firms worldwide. Collaborating closely with Centari's Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams, you will play a vital role in enhancing our leading data extraction platform tailored for advanced legal tasks.
This position is ideal for individuals eager to influence the future of generative AI in legal services, utilizing your exceptional problem-solving skills, thorough understanding of transactional law, and a proactive approach.
What You'll Do
To enhance our Deal Intelligence platform, you will:
Cultivate subject-matter expertise to support AI research in transactional law.
Engage in prompt engineering and fine-tuning of large language models for legal applications.
Create proprietary benchmarks to assess model performance.
Address unsolved AI challenges in document analysis and legal reasoning.
Contribute to the enhancement of our data extraction capabilities.
