We are seeking a candidate who can transform data into actionable insights, possessing a holistic view of business operations and the ability to integrate marketing, sales, and communication through a data-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimize the sales funnel by influencing four strategic indicators: new clients, average ticket size, repeat purchases, and recommendations.
Analyze acquisition channels, conversion rates, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Design retention strategies and measure customer satisfaction.
Integrate data from CRM, ERP, invoicing, and commercial reports.
Create structured, clean, and traceable databases.
Develop executive dashboards and commercial projection models.
Design A/B tests, formulate hypotheses, and measure actual impact.
Translate metrics into strategic adjustments in communication and positioning.
Collaborate with creative and sales teams to align narratives and conversion strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing with specialization or solid experience in advanced analytics, e-commerce, commercial intelligence, or digital performance. (Required)
Experience in modeling funnels and conversion metrics.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Looker Studio. (Required)
Background in data analysis, Big Data, Data Analytics, or similar fields. (Required)
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Experience with CRM systems and visualization tools such as Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau. (Preferred)
Basic to intermediate knowledge of statistical analysis.
Understanding of commercial processes and invoicing.
Structured analytical thinking and the ability to convert data into strategic decisions.
Attention to detail, methodological approach, and orientation towards results.
