Job Summary
The Conversion Rate Optimization Manager will independently oversee the full range of the experimentation lifecycle, from research and hypothesis development to test design, execution, and post-test analysis across various digital properties. This role acts as a subject matter expert in optimization strategies, promotes data-driven decision-making, and enhances digital performance through systematic experimentation frameworks.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Spearhead the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests across digital platforms to enhance conversion rates, engagement, and user experience.
• Conduct both quantitative and qualitative research to pinpoint optimization opportunities and prioritize impactful experimentation initiatives.
• Formulate structured test hypotheses and convert insights into clear, actionable experiment briefs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, engineering, and analytics teams to execute experiments and implement successful variants.
• Analyze test results employing robust statistical methods and communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Uphold experimentation governance, documentation standards, and optimization best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Mentor and provide informal guidance to junior team members, fostering skill development within the function.
• Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as necessary to support business objectives.
