Role Overview: Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst
Based in Warsaw, the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Analyst will help improve the performance of more than 25 B2B websites. This role sits within the web team and focuses on analyzing user behavior, monitoring key website metrics, and providing insights to boost Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) generation and conversion rates. The work directly informs strategic decisions and drives the optimization of our digital platforms.
What You Will Do
- Monitor and report on website metrics, focusing on conversion rates, form submissions, and user engagement.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, VWO, and HubSpot to analyze website data.
- Set up and manage web events that align with business goals.
- Run and interpret A/B tests through VWO and HubSpot to improve user experience.
- Deliver detailed analyses for projects such as promotional campaigns, product launches, and site migrations.
- Identify and evaluate audience segments to improve targeting and personalization.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure all significant user actions are tracked effectively.
- Collaborate with the content team to provide data-driven insights for content strategy.
