About The Role
Fora is in search of a dedicated Conversational AI Operations Specialist to manage, enhance, and optimize Sidekick, our AI-supported advisory chatbot. Join our Conversational AI team and play a pivotal role in scaling Sidekick to provide outstanding instant support experiences for our advisors. In this role, you will design and implement systems for quality assurance, testing infrastructure, content operations, and feedback mechanisms.
You will report directly to the Conversational AI Data Scientist and collaborate closely on conversational design, automation, and prioritization. This position involves working cross-functionally with various teams at Fora, including Support, the Booking Platform, Tour Operations, Product, and Engineering, to ensure that Sidekick delivers accurate, clear, and empathetic guidance at scale. This is a highly execution-oriented role with significant ownership and impact.
