Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.3-5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement, ideally within a multi-site or matrixed industrial setting. In-depth knowledge of Lean Principles (e.g., 5S, value stream mapping, standard work, visual management, PDCA, SMED, A3 problem solving). Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional kaizen events and system improvements.

Role Overview:

We are actively searching for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our Surrey, B. C. team, reporting directly to our Continuous Improvement Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join our transformation journey as a lean professional, supporting various kaizen initiatives, standard work documentation, and data-driven process enhancements. This hands-on role is perfect for individuals passionate about lean manufacturing and eager to advance their careers in a structured continuous improvement environment.

Please Note: This position requires 100% in-office presence in our Surrey facilities and does not offer remote work options.
