What You Will Do Work closely with the Commercial team to present Checkout.com’s products, solutions, and services to potential clients, supporting efforts to win new business. Act as a key resource for the Sales team on product, payment, regulatory, and technical topics. Review merchant requirements and technical specs, match them with Checkout.com APIs and products, and develop solution designs and internal documentation. Run product demonstrations, build payment flow presentations, and create proof of concepts tailored to client needs. Offer expert advice on Payment Performance metrics, including Acceptance Rate, Fraud Prevention, Tokenization, and a range of Payment Methods. Handle all technical communications with merchants from the first conversation through meetings and workshops, continuing until deals are closed. Represent Checkout.com’s products for the ANZ region, working with central product leaders to discuss roadmap priorities and market needs.
