Role Overview
The Content Marketing Manager will be pivotal in defining how Phamily articulates its value to healthcare leaders, providers, and partners. This role will manage the content engine responsible for translating intricate healthcare subjects—such as chronic and advanced primary care management, value-based care, and AI-enhanced clinical workflows—into engaging, accessible content that fosters engagement, stimulates market demand, and significantly contributes to our sales pipeline growth.
Collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, the Content Marketing Manager will generate thought leadership and strategic content that bolsters the company's market entry strategies. This includes creating articles, case studies, white papers, webinars, and campaign materials that showcase Phamily’s influence on patient outcomes, financial viability for providers, and overall provider success.
This position is perfect for a compelling storyteller who can bridge healthcare innovation with tangible results, utilizing AI to expedite this mission. As an AI-centric company, we expect our AI-native teams to operate efficiently at scale without compromising quality or creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the comprehensive content production calendar.
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude) to enhance research, drafting, content creation, and repurposing while preserving editorial quality and brand voice.
- Establish and optimize repeatable workflows to transform a primary asset into a complete campaign.
- Manage the content production pipeline in Asana from initial brief to publication, ensuring the team adheres to timelines.
Thought Leadership & Spokesperson Content
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to produce high-impact thought leadership content.
