Miso stands as Korea's leading O2O home service platform.
Under the vision of delivering 'Hotel-like service at home', we aim to provide numerous experiences that enhance offline living. Just as people turn to Amazon or Coupang for products, they can easily and swiftly resolve cleaning, moving, and remodeling through the Miso app.
Since launching in 2016 with home cleaning services, Miso has expanded its offerings to include moving, cleaning, pet-sitting, and interior design. We have experienced 2X growth each year and achieved the status of the top home assistant service within just two years of launching. Currently, we operate over 180 services. With a total investment of approximately 13 billion KRW (including 3.1 billion KRW from Y Combinator, Silicon Valley's largest venture capital firm), we successfully turned a profit in 2022! With a cumulative order count of 5 million and a total transaction value of 350 billion KRW, our reorder rate stands at 85%.
In January 2023, we surpassed a transaction value of 20 billion KRW! We continue to grow impressively at around double each year.

As with all teams at Miso, our marketing team's primary role is to ensure that our service becomes a great product. We believe that exceptional products can lead to great brands.
[Responsibilities at Miso]
This role encompasses two key aspects: delivering clear messaging and reaching a broader audience. As a Content Designer, you will engage in the design of all content published by Miso, collaborating with marketers to enhance the appeal of the content and optimize it for greater customer outreach.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling content.
Utilize data and analytics to optimize content strategies for maximum engagement.
