Capitalizing on AECOM’s extensive expertise in infrastructure design and execution, AECOM Advisory serves as a reliable consultant to senior-level clients and executive teams regarding their most urgent enterprise and strategic requirements. Our projects encompass assisting the City of LA in adopting their Citywide Housing Incentive Program (CHIP) Ordinance, developing SCAG’s Regional Resilience Toolkit, and creating an Integrated Human Resources Plan for LADWP’s Power System.
We cater to a diverse range of clients engaged in infrastructure, the built environment, and community vitality, including national governments, regulatory bodies, city agencies, utilities, transit authorities, infrastructure operators, and investors. Our global team of 400 includes business and policy analysts, economists, commercial strategists, technology architects, as well as human capital and change management specialists.
