THE ROLE
At VEG, we believe in the power of saying YES. As a Construction Project Manager, you will take charge of managing multiple hospital projects from conception to completion, overseeing schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborating with architects, contractors, landlords, and internal teams, you will ensure that each project is executed efficiently and meets VEG's high standards. Your responsibilities will include managing project bidding, conducting site visits, and maintaining strong relationships with both our headquarters and hospital teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Engage in the bidding and award processes for projects.
- Provide regular updates on project timelines and progress.
- Conduct final inspections and ensure compliance with VEG quality standards.
- Work closely with the Design & Construction team to address design and engineering challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve project-related issues.
- Foster positive working relationships with front-line teams.
- Participate in weekly meetings with contractors and architects to review project statuses.
- Maintain consistency in project reporting and documentation.
