team-architects is hiring a Construction Project Manager based in Greenville / Spartanburg, South Carolina. This hybrid role supports a growing renovation pipeline, with compensation between $95,000 and $110,000.

Role overview

This position manages residential rehabilitation projects from acquisition through completion. As the number of renovations each month increases, the Construction Project Manager ensures that homes are transformed into functional, attractive spaces for families and first-time buyers. The role covers field operations, contractor coordination, and keeping projects on track and within budget.

What you will do

  • Estimate renovation costs and develop detailed scopes of work for each property at acquisition.
  • Coordinate with contractors to start projects within 24–48 hours after closing.
  • Visit job sites to review progress, quality, and schedule adherence.
  • Approve contractor draws and verify that subcontractors meet budget and timeline requirements.
  • Track budgets and project performance across at least five active renovations at once.
  • Help build and maintain a reliable contractor network in Upstate South Carolina.
  • Use field communication tools (currently CompanyCam) for project management and updates.
  • Ensure finished properties are ready for handoff to the Disposition & Property Manager in market-ready condition.
