S. marketRobust background in public infrastructure projectsExperience with roadway, utility, and structural civil constructionAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExceptional organizational, analytical, and prioritization skillsProficiency in project scheduling and reporting tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft ProjectFamiliarity with construction-related software and general computer applications

Position Overview
The Construction Project Manager will oversee the daily administration, coordination, scheduling, and execution of assigned construction projects. This key role collaborates with field leadership, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual obligations.
This position emphasizes project execution and coordination without direct supervisory duties.

Primary Responsibilities
Oversee project administration, scheduling, and coordination from initiation to completion
Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control, and financial performance
Prepare and manage project submittals, subcontracts, and critical path method (CPM) schedules
Monitor project progress through updated schedules, as-built drawings, and quantity reports
Manage project billings and evaluate cost performance
Participate in project coordination and progress meetings
Coordinate activities with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
Develop pricing for change orders and submit proposals to clients
Keep comprehensive and accurate project documentation
Review contract documents and construction drawings to identify potential issues and conflicts
Prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) and propose practical solutions
Clarify plans and specifications for field personnel as necessary
Foster strong working relationships with clients and project stakeholders
Maintain consistent communication with field teams and management on project status
Assist with special assignments and stakeholder requests as needed
