Qualifications & RequirementsFive (5) years of experience supervising construction projects of increasing complexity. A minimum of three (3) years as a Project Manager in commercial or industrial construction. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field. Experience managing projects with budgets ranging from $500K to $2.5 million. Strong comprehension of owner contracts, specifications, and project documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Procore. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively, meet deadlines, and achieve results. Strong customer service orientation with outstanding problem-solving skills. Proven ability to build cohesive teams and cultivate a culture of leadership and accountability.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to spearhead construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will manage budgets, timelines, coordination, and subcontractor relationships, ensuring that each project meets the highest quality standards and achieves customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning, direction, and coordination of construction and maintenance projects.
  • Provide administrative and tactical leadership throughout all project phases.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Interpret and implement owner contracts, work plans, addenda, and specifications.
  • Draft contracts and negotiate changes with architects, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Lead procurement processes and acquire project materials.
  • Review, approve, and monitor all project submissions.
  • Assist in monthly billing and reporting.
  • Maintain robust communication with clients to foster satisfaction and support.
  • Mentor and empower team members to develop their leadership abilities.
  • Communicate sensitive or complex information with professionalism.
  • Keep project teams informed of organizational updates and changes.
  • Ensure adherence to high safety, quality, and performance standards across all operations.
