Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. Manage multi-discipline construction projects both in the field and office environments. Act as the primary project manager, taking ownership of project outcomes. Execute project control functions, including scheduling and cost management. Engage with contractors, fabricators, and internal stakeholders effectively. Address design and construction conflicts in real-time on-site. Provide preliminary budget estimates based on project scope. Solicit proposals from architects and contractors, managing contract assignments. Facilitate necessary city and governmental approvals. Coordinate project implementation and monitor project progress. Work closely with the facilities team for operational and maintenance needs. Develop strategies for space allocation and management across the enterprise. Assist with real estate planning and management as required. Adapt to new projects as business needs evolve. Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management. At least 1 year of experience in construction project management.
