Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy are essential. Must be adaptable and flexible to changing project demands. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

This position is available at any of our four locations: Owings Mills, MD; Annapolis, MD; Herndon, VA; or Raleigh, NC.

  • Assist project managers with daily tasks related to planning, budgeting, and executing construction projects.
  • Participate in on-site walkthroughs to observe and monitor construction progress.
  • Identify and report any safety or quality issues associated with the project.
  • Engage in hands-on construction tasks alongside skilled laborers to learn processes and techniques.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Assist in processing change orders and project documentation, such as RFIs and submittals.
  • Support the project manager and estimating team in maintaining daily records.
