This position is available at any of our four locations: Owings Mills, MD; Annapolis, MD; Herndon, VA; or Raleigh, NC.
- Assist project managers with daily tasks related to planning, budgeting, and executing construction projects.
- Participate in on-site walkthroughs to observe and monitor construction progress.
- Identify and report any safety or quality issues associated with the project.
- Engage in hands-on construction tasks alongside skilled laborers to learn processes and techniques.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Assist in processing change orders and project documentation, such as RFIs and submittals.
- Support the project manager and estimating team in maintaining daily records.
