HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DOAct as a daily on-site liaison among construction managers, general contractors, clients, and architectural teams. Participate in site meetings including scheduling, cost management, pre-installation discussions, Requests for Information (RFI), and weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings as required. Review and interpret construction documents while developing and issuing sketches in response to field conditions and challenges. Coordinate the work with consultants, client representatives, and the project team. Process, review, and respond to Requests for Information and submittals within the established contractual timelines. Address issues that arise on-site, coordinate bulletins related to contract documents, provide recommendations, and consult with Senior Construction Administration Leadership on all project-related matters. Oversee, review, and process closeout submittals while conducting periodic QA/QC construction site visits, ensuring substantial on-site presence. Collaborate with the design team as necessary to interpret and manage the aforementioned documents. Prepare daily reports and other documentation as required by the contract. Contribute as an integral member of the internal construction administration team. Comply with established on-site project procedures. Follow safety program requirements and work regulations. Work under the guidance of a Licensed Architect. Undertake other assigned responsibilities as necessary.
