Your RoleConduct thorough and timely reviews of a variety of materials, including marketing collateral, client reports, research papers, webisodes, and social media content. Evaluate materials across different asset classes and investment strategies to ensure compliance with relevant global regulations (e.g., SEC Rule 206(4)-1, FINRA Rule 2210, ESMA, FCA, and other non-US regulatory frameworks) as well as internal firm policies. Leverage expertise in analyzing complex presentations, including hypothetical and back-tested performance, to ensure regulatory compliance. Offer proactive, clear, and solution-oriented guidance to business development and investment professionals regarding compliant advertising and performance reporting practices. Interpret and communicate relevant regulatory rules and updates, translating them into actionable compliance and business guidance. Maintain current knowledge of industry and regulatory developments, including monitoring and providing feedback on relevant rulemaking initiatives, risk alerts, and other regulatory issues. Assist in implementing new policies and procedures and updating existing ones. Provide training and informational resources to staff on compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
