Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview
We are in search of a meticulous and analytical Compliance Associate to bolster our compliance program, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will be instrumental in monitoring regulatory requirements, conducting compliance reviews, and maintaining precise documentation. Your role will involve close collaboration with teams in legal, risk, operations, and management to identify compliance risks and support audits, fostering a robust culture of compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily transaction monitoring and market surveillance.
  • Resolve alerts and handle regulatory submissions.
  • Review exemption reports.
  • Conduct manual reviews of crypto asset transactions.
  • Analyze blockchain transactions.
  • Oversee user onboarding and ongoing monitoring.
  • Manage client queries and complaints.
  • Facilitate employee training and enforce policies.
  • Assist with audits, regulatory requests, and law enforcement inquiries.
  • Drive continuous process improvement.

Additional Duties

  • Collaborate across departments, including Legal, Operations, IT, and Risk, to address compliance issues holistically.
  • Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards, assessing their impact on internal policies and facilitating timely adaptation.
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audits, and correspondence with regulators, ensuring documentation is current and accessible.
