Key ResponsibilitiesDevise and implement a recruitment strategy in close collaboration with sales and delivery to facilitate company growth. Lead the execution of the recruitment plan, conducting interviews and assessments to establish a high-quality pipeline of new recruits in partnership with our recruitment team. Maintain a consistent pipeline of consultants and proactively attract top talent to meet future business needs. Oversee the annual team development plan execution to equip the team with the necessary expertise.

Role Specification

As the Competency Centre Manager, reporting to the Senior Competency Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in developing, deploying, and supporting our consulting talent in the IT Enterprise Services domain. Your mission will be to ensure that we have the right talents at the right time, in the right place, and at the optimal cost while maintaining high utilization rates.

You will collaborate closely with Project Delivery, Sales, and Operations teams to drive recruitment, resource planning, skills development, and capability growth. You will be responsible for delivering team plans, including headcount, budget, and performance objectives, while actively managing the professional development and progression of the consultants in your team.

As a key escalation point for consultant assignment and engagement matters, you'll also contribute to shaping and designing relevant service offerings in your area of expertise.
