Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.7-10+ years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits. Essential: Demonstrable experience in supporting C&B activities within a post-merger acquisition context, including program analysis, design, and harmonization. Extensive experience managing compensation and benefits programs across various countries in the Americas. Strong knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and familiarity with grading systems (e.g., IPE). Proven ability in managing annual compensation cycles, incentive plans, and benefits administration. Excellent analytical skills with a knack for interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations. Strong project management skills with the capacity to oversee multiple complex projects concurrently. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Join our dynamic HR team at Bosch as a seasoned Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager, serving as a regional Center of Expertise for the Americas. In this pivotal individual contributor role, you will be responsible for the strategic design, execution, and management of compensation and benefits programs tailored to align with Bosch’s overarching regional and global strategies.

We are seeking a candidate who will function as the primary subject matter expert on all C&B matters, providing essential support to our HR partners and business leaders. A significant aspect of this position involves facilitating the harmonization of C&B programs in a post-merger acquisition landscape, ensuring our strategies remain competitive, equitable, and consistent with global and regional principles.

Regional Compensation & Benefits Strategy and Harmonization

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive harmonization roadmap for all Compensation & Benefits (C&B) initiatives across the Americas, collaborating closely with Divisional HR Leadership and Corporate Functional Leaders at both global and regional levels.
  • Lead C&B integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment of compensation structures and benefit offerings.
  • Act as the regional subject matter expert and trusted advisor on all C&B topics for HR teams and business leaders.

Compensation Management

  • Oversee the annual salary review (ASR) process across the Americas, ensuring alignment with business objectives and equitable practices.
  • Conduct job evaluations and manage local grading structures to uphold internal equity and competitiveness in the external market.
  • Provide strategic oversight and leadership for short-term incentive (STI) plans and other variable compensation programs.
  • Communicate the regional pay mix and total rewards philosophy effectively to key stakeholders.
  • Manage partnerships with external vendors (e.g., Mercer) to support salary benchmarking and market data analysis.

Benefits and Pension Oversight

  • Oversee occupational benefits and pension programs across multiple countries within the region.
  • Ensure all benefit offerings are competitive, compliant with local regulations, and aligned with workforce requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Advisory
  • Serve as the primary regional representative for the C&B function.
  • Provide tools, training, and expert guidance to local HR partners (HRLs/HRGs) on all C&B-related issues.
  • Offer specialized advisory support for senior-level roles (e.g., SL3 positions), ensuring alignment with leadership compensation strategies.
