Role Overview: Compensation Analyst (6-Month Fixed Term)
The Compensation Analyst will provide both analytical and operational support to key compensation projects. This role is especially important during a period of transition and transformation for the People and Total Rewards teams. The position is based in London (Commercial division) and is offered as a six-month fixed-term contract.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of job architecture after the current project concludes.
- Assist with the upcoming annual compensation review process.
- Offer guidance to stakeholders on day-to-day compensation issues.
