To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications: Genuine passion for supporting children with autism. Patience, compassion, and ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED required. Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, as well as a Tuberculosis test (if not completed in the past year). Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. Physical flexibility to perform various activities (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.). Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

In this rewarding position, you will work directly with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your role will involve utilizing evidence-based techniques to foster communication, social skills, and daily living skills while effectively minimizing challenging behaviors. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a collaborative team environment, demonstrate patience and compassion, and are committed to helping children reach their fullest potential.

No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to prepare you for success. However, you should be ready for the dynamic nature of working with children, which may require physical activity such as standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
