About the job

At WelbeHealth, we are dedicated to extending the lives of our most vulnerable seniors by providing innovative healthcare solutions. Utilizing our unique PACE model, we serve as both the health plan and care provider, enabling participants to remain safely at home instead of transitioning to skilled nursing facilities.

The Community Outreach Specialist is an essential member of our Marketing, Outreach & Enrollment (MOE) team, responsible for driving successful enrollment efforts. This role emphasizes building strong community relationships, generating quality referrals, and guiding potential participants into our PACE program.

What sets our Outreach Specialists apart at WelbeHealth:

  • No high-pressure sales tactics – Your focus is on connecting vulnerable seniors with transformative care, not pushing a product.
  • Engage in mission-driven work – You will play a vital role in helping participants access the support they need to remain in their homes and communities.
  • Prioritize relationships over transactions – Build lasting connections with seniors, caregivers, and community partners rather than chasing short-term sales.
  • Community-first strategy – Engage with the community through events, partnerships, and in-person outreach instead of relying on cold-calling.

We value our team members, which is why we offer:

  • Comprehensive medical insurance, including Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.
  • A healthy work/life balance with 17 days of personal time off (PTO), 12 observed holidays, and 6 sick days annually.
  • A 401K savings plan with company matching.
  • A competitive compensation package that includes base salary and bonuses.
  • Additional benefits to support your well-being.

In your daily activities, you will:

  • Plan and execute outreach initiatives to engage with local communities.
  • Collaborate with community organizations to identify and generate qualified leads for potential enrollments.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with community leaders and partners, including senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, churches, and other local organizations.
  • Develop and execute monthly marketing strategies to consistently meet enrollment goals in collaboration with the MOE Director.
  • Educate community referral sources about WelbeHealth’s services.
