Community Operations Manager at Apna
Location: Bangalore-Domlur (6 days a week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Business through Referrals & Marketing: Foster business growth by promoting referrals and collaborating with the marketing team to design campaigns that enhance user engagement and convert registrations into admissions. You will work with current users to meet monthly referral targets as well as cultivate new pipelines.
- Manage Onboarding Experience: Energetically onboard users, ensuring they are engaged and ready to succeed. Showcase the Apna Advantage platform and drive user adoption.
- Act as a Career Coach: Assist users through various stages of their careers, from job preparation to salary negotiations and performance appraisals. Provide personalized coaching and resources to help them achieve their career aspirations.
- Enhance Engagement & Upskilling: Curate and provide upskilling resources, keeping users motivated and aligned with their career paths through Apna Advantage’s tools like vision roadmaps and career planning.
- Gather User Feedback & Support Admissions: Solicit user feedback to generate valuable content for marketing and sales efforts. Encourage referrals and promote the sharing of success stories on social media.
