Community Manager, Enterprise Learning Operations
About the Role
We seek a dynamic Community Manager to enhance engagement, coordination, and knowledge sharing across a large-scale enterprise learning initiative in the UAE. This pivotal role centers around managing Communities of Practice, facilitating stakeholder interactions, and ensuring effective communication and meeting schedules.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, subject matter experts, and learners to keep communities vibrant, organized, and beneficial. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, be comfortable leading discussions, and adeptly manage multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
Community Coordination & Support
Facilitate community activities across various capability areas and stakeholder groups
Coordinate events, discussions, and initiatives to boost engagement
Ensure ongoing communication and accountability across communities
Management of Communities of Practice
Oversee Communities of Practice to connect learners, practitioners, and experts
Organize sessions, discussions, and knowledge-sharing events
Monitor participation and engagement to sustain active communities
Stakeholder Engagement
Facilitate interactions between learners, subject matter experts, and stakeholders
Assist in planning and executing engagement activities such as sessions and events
Maintain clear and timely communications across all stakeholder groups
Meeting Coordination & Facilitation
Schedule and manage regular community meetings and forums
Prepare agendas to ensure structured and productive sessions
Document key takeaways, actions, and follow-ups
Knowledge & Content Coordination
Support the collection and organization of knowledge assets, including best practices and resources
Maintain shared repositories or platforms for easy access to materials
Encourage ongoing knowledge sharing within the community
Location & Work Model
This position is based in the UAE, requiring a blend of onsite and hybrid work. Onsite presence is essential for key events, meetings, and stakeholder interactions.
Additional Information
This role supports a dedicated client program and will be locally employed in the UAE, adhering to regional employment regulations.
