Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEContract Duration: Minimum 28 monthsRole OverviewJoin our dynamic team as a Project Manager – Power Generation, where you will spearhead project management activities on-site for a significant simple cycle gas turbine power plant project in the UAE. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution, coordination, and oversight of all project facets at the site, collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and our internal engineering teams.Your primary objective will be to deliver the project on time, within budget, and according to the contractual requirements. Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will play a critical role in driving the project towards its successful completion.This position demands extensive experience in EPCM project environments within the power generation sector, especially in managing gas turbine power plant projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead comprehensive project management and execution activities at the power plant site.Facilitate effective communication and coordination with client representatives, contractors, and internal engineering teams.Serve as the primary point of communication among stakeholders.Track project progress and monitor schedules to identify potential risks or delays.Oversee the design and documentation review process with internal teams and client representatives.Ensure the successful completion of the project in line with contractual specifications and timelines.Manage the contractual and commercial elements of the project.Advise the employer on legal, contractual, and commercial matters, including claims evaluation.Lead and manage a multidisciplinary project team to achieve project goals.
